JOAN MANGLE
Living on northern Colorado’s Front Range, Joan Mangle has developed a strong sense of wonder in the majestic strength and poetry of the land, the mountains, and the overarching sky. “I’m a romantic painter,” admits Joan. “I respond to the sublime, mysterious, epic quality of this land, and try to capture it in my oil paintings.” Since graduating magna cum laude with a painting degree from Colorado State University, Joan has shown her work regionally and nationally. Her landscape paintings are in private and business collections throughout Colorado.
